We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We try our best to arrange delivery once we get your order.
We choose the EMS as the first choice shipping way if you bought the car body shell. Due to the body volume is kind of big. We sincerely suggest you purchase several more small parts together with the body to save some money for the shipping! And for the parts of car body shell, we choose the EUB as the shipping way. Shipping rate is shown when you choose the shipping way.
Sometimes the products bring the battery so we arrange delivery by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or other shipping metod which allowed bring the battery. The shipping rate will faster than the EMS.
If you have shipping requirement, you can make some notes when you checkout the order. We can afford partial extra freight, but if the freight is higher than we can afford, we will message you to afford little extra frieght for us, thank you for your understanding.
When we fulfill the order, the center will send you the message about your package tracking number and the shipping company.
If you can not get any shipping info from the tracking number, please contact Killerbody, we will help you.
0. What should I do if there's no update in my tracking?
Don’t be panic if your package hasn't been updated for less than 12 business days since international shipping won't update itself every day.
Contact us if you find your package has been returned or any weird thing happens.
You can contact your local post office once it’s in your country for more info.
It happens some time if one tracking doesn't update for 30 days. (In Nov. and Dec. it may up to 30-45 days)
If you see it's not updating over 30 days then contact us via our After Sale Service, we will check the tracking for you.
We have a really low lost rate(close to 1/3000)
Shipping in other days are all good just very bad during Nov. and Dec. 2020.
1. Where you ship the package from
We ship from China/Hong kong to worldwide.
2. How to track my items?
You can always check the tracking # of your orders in “My Orders”-“View Order Details”.
We will upload the tracking right after we got it from the shipping company, it will take about 2-5 days normally.
3. Why I didn’t get a shipping notification?
We send email to your registered address for each order we ship. Please make sure the email address is correct before purchase.
Check trash if you didn’t get an email after you register.
You can also add these email addresses to your contact so all the mails from us won’t go into the trash:

-All tracking and order info
4. How you guys deal with custom tax?
We always write the value around 10-20USD for each package so you can avoid some custom tax.
There is no Tax for USA buyers.
You may have a less than 5% Probability to pay tax if you are in Europe.
